Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are not accepted.

Returning an item is simple and easy and is applicable only in case the item was defective or wrong.

You have 1 day within kuwait from receiving your order and 2 days for an international return to:

• Contact us at glambagskw@gmail.com to manage the return request.
• Inform us of the reason behind your return.
• Once confirmed, we will issue a return request.
• Once we receive our items, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the bank charges and the return shipping charge.

Items must be returned to us unused with all original tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Receiving a refund

You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your account or back to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your return shipping costs and bank charges will be excluded from the total amount.
